Adele inherited from us, a lapsed preapproval from a bank when we came to see her. In our best interests, even though there were better banks to deal with and potentially better rates, she pursued this to try and get it re-instated. Ultimately, it fell through. Adele navigated this stressful and frustrating issue with such composure and professionalism and kept communicating positively throughout the process. Adele managed to negotiate a better bank and result for us with plenty of spare time before settlement. She clearly understood our self employed circumstances and was able to negotiate us the best outcome to purchase our first home.
